Our Local Ventura County Real Estate Market
The Ventura County Star recently published Ventura County real estate statistics from DataQuick. The article and link to the data are here. In short, Ventura County home sales were down 5% from the month before and 13% from the same month one year ago. Prices are holding steady. The average price fell one-half of one percent for the month.
